If you have already paid your 2020 Conference registration, your refund is being processed. There is nothing you need to do, but please be patient as each refund has to be hand processed by our TSID Treasurer. Remember that she has other responsibilities besides her volunteer position as TSID Treasurer.
If you have paid to reserve space as an exhibitor, your refund will also be processed by our TSID Treasurer. We appreciate your patience as she tries to get all the refunds out as quickly as possible.
All hotel rooms that were reserved under our conference block have been cancelled, and you should have received an email from the hotel with details. If you have any questions about your hotel reservation, please contact the hotel directly.
