Complete an Exhibit Contract to secure your space
Exhibits will be open from 1:00 pm on July 8th– 5:00 pm on July 11th. Set-up will be after 10:00 am on the 8th and tear down must be completed by 5:00 pm on the 11th. An exhibit comes with a 6 foot linen-less table, 2 chairs and one combo conference ticket.
Exhibits requiring linen and/or electricity services will need to contract with the hotel’s Conference Services directly.
